 My site uses the Yunik Child Theme, which the company is no longer active.
 Lots of the plugins that came bundled with the theme no longer update
 themselves.

 On my Plugins page, and on my Dashboard / Updates, it never says that I
 have updates available to my plugins, even though I know certain plugins
 have updates available.

 I have even uninstalled some of the plugins that came bundled with the
 theme and reinstalled manually. No change to updates.

 Any suggestions?

 Using Wordpress 4.6.1
