 @lukecavanagh - I think the key is slow server processing time. The clue
 seems to be overlapping HTTP requests, such as the "action=heartbeat"
 example above. I believe the HTTP error also occurs if fetching the
 thumbnail result of one upload overlaps with generating the thumbnail for
 a subsequent upload.
