 Just tested the patch on 4.5.2 and it doesn't work for me
 OS: Windows 10
 Browser: Chrome 50.0.2661.102 , Safari 5.1.7 , IE-11 , Firefox 46.0.1
 WP 4.5.2
 Server Environment : VVV
