 That does make it more complicated.  Looks like AR is the only locale from
 the original list that doesn't have a localised {{{wp-config-
 sample.php}}}, but that list wasn't exhaustive, it's just the locales I
 happened to be looking at, not a comprehensive scan.

 @dd32's suggestion seems very practical, so I'll attach that patch.

 (I'd love to automatically pull the line out of the {{{wp-config-
 sample.php}} and stick it in glotpress automatically, but it seems like it
 would be way more complicated and unreliable than is justified).
