 +1. A client currently has this problem on Chrome 51, Windows 10. Me and
 two coworkers have tried reproducing on a number of browsers without
 success (OSX: FF, Chrome, Safari. Windows 10: Chrome, IE11, Edge). Client
 doesn't have the problem on Edge.
