 @Collizo4sky See #28477 for when this was introduced. It was probably an
 oversight that `input_attrs` wasn't used for checkboxes, textareas, and
 other non-fallthrough cases. Probably there wasn't a clear use case. Why
 are you adding an ID to the input?
