 {{{the_archive_description()}}} uses {{{term_description()}}} to output a
 description on archive pages. Tag, term and category archives are covered
 but author archives aren't.

 Related is {{{the_archive_title()}}}. This function outputs a title on all
 archive pages as would be expected.
