 As per the discussion in #35877 with @jeremyfelt, KSES can have all the
 Flex Properties for the List of Safe CSS Attributes. Which is not the case
 at the moment. The patch along with this tickets solves that problem.

 So now all the flex properties with their prefixes would be safe CSS
 attributes for inline styles.
