 Hi, and welcome to Trac.

 This sounds like it's a plugin or theme conflict causing the issue, I'd
 recommend disabling any plugin or even changing to a default theme (such
 as Twenty Fifteen at this time) to identify the source.

 If the problem persists beyond that, please make a thread in our support
 forums at https://wordpress.org/support as this isn't a problem with the
 WordPress core project it self.
