 Yes on using a more proper Trash flow, my mistake on listing the Delete as
 a direct action option! Joel, thanks for the polite reminder to an obvious
 miss.

 Philosophically, I think we have to provide the same functionality in the
 Customizer Widget management as in the legacy Widget management.

 How about
 Move | Trash (or Remove)

 Move is a mirror of what happens with Move today but we would add
 something like "Save to Add a Widget"

 menu.jpg)]]

 Trash would have a similar menu but options would be "Save to Add a
 Widget" and "Delete Permanently"

 An action to "Delete Permanently" inactive configured widgets from the Add
 a Widget menu will be handled as well.

 How about that?
