Comment:

 In attachment:19902.2.diff,

 * Removing `the_blog_url()` for the moment, which echoes the URL. Do we
 want this? `get_site_url()` and `get_home_url()` don't have echoing
 equivalents.
 * Added two unit tests.
 * Fixed up docs.
