 @rianrietveld thanks for the tests!

 There were some problems with focusing the URL field on opening the inline
 dialog, should be fixed after [36716]. Also focusing the URL field in the
 advanced modal should always work now. That should fix many of the
 reported problems.

 Still to-do: fix using the Enter key in Firefox in the URL field. Not sure
 if the spacebar can be used there to trigger "apply". It is a text field,
 we shouldn't disable the spacebar even though spaces are not legal in
 URLs.

 Also not sure what to do about some apps not announcing the opening of the
 dialog. DO we need to add something that would trigger it?
