 The output of a preview of a pdf-attachment via
 '''wp_get_attachment_image()''' only works correctly if you use one of the
 pre-defined image sizes e.g. 'thumbnail'. Any custom size will be diplayed
 correctly but the src of the image just points to the original (full) with
 the result of a huge page load because no custom sized image was rendered.
