Comment:

 Howdy y'all,

 Since at this point, this seems to be an issue with Jetpack and not a Core
 issue, could y'all follow along at
 https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/5843

 Without Jetpack 4.4.2, both Core and Jetpack's CSS functions should be
 work side-by-side, so this should not happen either way, as far as I know.

 Closing this ticket to defer to the Jetpack GIthub issue above.
