 To explain [39478], on the build server we have specific versions of node
 available -- currently 6.9.1 and 0.10.48. Pulling this out into a separate
 environment will be much easier to maintain long term, but in the meantime
 this is marginally better. I think we could probably make it so we don't
 need to bump patch releases in package.json, at least.
