 Hi there, and welcome to Trac.

 WordPress doesn't do any kind of logging by it self, that would either
 have to come from a plugin, or your own webserver (access.log is a default
 name given to certain logfiles from a webserver for example).

 Unfortunately this isn't really a problem with WordPress it self (which
 this tracker is all about), and is more of a support request. As such I'll
 mark this ticket as invalid, but I do encourage you to to create a thread
 at our [https://wordpress.org/support support forums] if you'd like some
 help with your setup.
