 r36620 changed the login label from `Username` to `Username or Email` once
 logging in via email address was added.

 I'd like to see that clarified further, as `Username or Email Address`.
 It's simply clearer and more accurate language (in English variants at
 least). Those who are mostly unfamiliar with logging-in in general, or
 have cognitive difficulties, will appreciate being told it's the address
 we're after, and not an actual email that should be pasted in.
