 Hi there, and welcome to trac!

 As mentioned, the purpose for this trac is enhancements and bug tracking
 for the core WordPress software, unfortuantely your issue is with a 3rd
 party theme, and as such does not fall under the use of this tracker.

 As we are not familiar with the theme in question, you will be better
 served contacting the theme vendor you used as they've charged you to be
 able to support you with the product.
