 Like @bduclos and @andru.bonus I can also confirm rearranging a gallery
 seems to not work at all on a Win10 touch-screen laptop with '''Chrome'''.
 Firefox/Edge ok.

 I tried in two different themes. Does the touch-screen case need a new
 ticket created for it?
