 @stewarty It would be helpful to narrow the focus of this ticket to one
 hook you would like have added.  The idea being a straightforward feature
 request that is not subject to opinion whether it has been completed. I
 suggest using this example as your request for this ticket:
 > For example, I am attempting to add a dropdown menu that allows for the
 comment's author_id to be changed. To me, it makes most sense for this to
 be available underneath the existing author fields. Ideally, in the same
 box.

 New tickets can be created for any other hooks you wish to request.
