 The ease of rating and reviewing a WordPress plugin is the only part of
 WordPress I see blatantly stuck in 2008.

 If you have a WordPress website, you should be able to rate/review a
 plugin from WP-ADMIN/PLUGINS.PHP without needing to go to WordPress.org to
 create and account, and without having to leave the dashboard.

 This would be like installing an iPhone app, hating it, wanting to review
 it, but having to leave the app store, go to Apple.com/apps/, register
 with your deprecated icloud account, and only then could you leave a
 review.

 Jetpack itself has over 1 Million active installs but only 847 ratings!!!
 This is total usability failure.
