 Here Chrome is at version 45.0.2454.99 m (Win7) and the problem is fixed.
 Don't think future versions of Chrome will be without this fix.

 The bug is caused by setting the menu container to position: fixed. This
 is done in couple different ways, including with `setPinMenu()` when
 scrolling.
