 To be honest for me the 8592.3.patch, only the two first files (wp-
 admin/includes/class-wp-posts-list-table.php and wp-admin/includes/meta-
 boxes.php) works okay in my particular case. With this patch the Private
 Pages are again listed in the Parent dropdown.
