 When reviewing comments for deletion a more user friendly option would be
 to have the Delete option moved to the top of the post rather than the
 bottom.

 There are times when some spam is so large it requires much scrolling to
 get the the delete button.  For this reason I usually just empty my spam
 without reviewing it and could possibly miss actual comments.
