 [attachment:16075.customize.diff] gets us most of the way there for the
 customizer. It adds the UI but saving is broken - something in the JS (I
 think, or possibly the setting class in php) that isn't handling the new
 type properly. If no one else can figure it out, westonruter probably
 could since he wrote most of those pieces, but I'm guessing it's not too
 difficult.
