 Thanks for pointing that out @archon810! Would you agree that a patch for
 this ticket should then contain:

 1) The post_type, post_mime_type index added the way @pento suggested
 (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31071#comment:7)

 2) The addition of "AND post_status = 'inherit'" to the months query (I
 see 3 variations on that query—see attached image)
