 Make print stylesheet and explicit default in all WordPress distributions.

 Reason: WP scores high on sustainability, but is often used for Howtos,
 recipe sites, and the like, which often have the user print. Many WP
 themes don't have print stylesheets, so people waste a huge amount of
 paper getting one page. This impacts the carbon footprint of WordPress as
 a CMS which generally is better than other CMS alternatives (e.g. for high
 support of usability).
