 In #33798, MediaElement was updated to `2.18.1` and then patched, but
 version number in `wp_default_scripts()` wasn't changed, it is still
 `2.17.0`.

 I propose that, since external copy is changed, version follows same
 approach as other modified libraries (SWFUpload, SWFObject, ThickBox...)
 by appending suffix to external version (there will be something like
 `2.18.1-20150911`).
