Comment:

 @dd32 you are correct. Why did I even doubt. I've traced everything back
 through and `upgrader_source_selection` is the exact filter to use.
 However renaming would greatly benefit from the passing in the data in
 `$args['hook_extra']`.

 Is there any way to do this?
