 Even if a patch on a ticket doesn't solve your issue, it doesn't
 necessarily mean you should create a separate ticket. Instead, I'd
 recommend you to post your findings to #33821, which already deals with
 redirect loops caused by ignored ports in `redirect_canonical()`.
