 A OK, how do you will. Despite I use this screen heavy on ALL my WP
 installations, I will easy manage it in functions.php too.

 But you are making WordPress less serious in CMS competition. This part is
 a vital organ of one CMS and sholud be proudly visible and shown to all,
 despite what statistics say.

 I did not know statistics say so, have all the time imagined this screen
 is somehow poor and under developed, compared to Drupal.
