 The last of our stats we requested should be in next week. At this point,
 my thought is to develop the patch sans-media for this and then let's
 merge that, and then:
 if we get the media stats in time: do it in 4.3
 else do it in 4.4 along with a planned look at the discussions settings
 page

 Will start working on this tomorrow and can we plan on asking for feedback
 during dev chat next week @obenland? The goal is to have this finalized by
 midweek next week

 Does anyone have an opinion about removing vs hiding the settings on new
 installs?
