 This piggybacks on ticket:#30154.

 There are already major issues with the 'Attachment Details' sidebar on
 mobile, but clicking the 'Expand Details' link at the top makes things far
 far worse.

 As you can see, on mobile (in either portrait or landscape) clicking that
 button pushes all other content, including the all important 'Insert into
 Post' button, far to the left of the screen.

 A basic fix would just be to hide that link on mobile. Better yet, we
 should fix the behavior. Ideally the attachment details would exist in
 their own consistent rather than being crammed in to the media grid.
