 Is there any chance that it has something to do with the device's screen
 resolution? In my case, it doesn't work in my Surface Pro 2 which has 208
 ppi density but it puzzled me when I saw that it worked fine in a client's
 old laptop. I also tested it in a 2009 Macbook pro and it works fine in
 both Firefox and Safari.

 On the contrary, on my Surface Pro 2 it won't work no matter the browser.
 Also, Chrome console says

 "Consider using 'dppx' units, as in CSS 'dpi' means dots-per-CSS-inch, not
 dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual 'dpi' of a
 screen. In media query expression: print, (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:
 1.25), (min-resolution: 120dpi)"
