 `webcal://` URLs are intepreted by browsers to open a calendar app.
 Currently, users without 'unfiltered_html' have the protocol stripped,
 which results in broken links in the post editor.

 `webcal://` is listed as 'provisional' by IANA (as are a number of the
 other protocols we whitelist). http://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes
 /uri-schemes.xhtml

 Any reason not to add it?
