 I agree with [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/30666#comment:19
 Nacin's comments] about both the string and the repetative paths.  We
 should try and reuse filepaths (perhaps going so far as to create a
 generic file path grouping object so that all file paths are kept in a
 single place).  Simplifying this is beyond trivial, so let's punt it until
 the next release and we can work on it then.
