 This also happens in WP 4.2.2 with the "Uploaded to this post" option.
 The drag simply does not start, as if the LI wasn't draggable at all.

 This is Firefox 38 on Win 2k3.

 Chrome 43 on Win works fine. Firefox in Ubuntu works fine too.
