 No, as I said #32732, we need to user test which term is better. We've
 been using "Custom Link" for years. Before we make a change, we need to
 ensure that the change is actually an improvement. To use your language:
 there is zero evidence that "Link" has better usability than "Custom
 Link." Why change it now? Test it and see which is better. Provide data.

 Whichever wins from a usability perspective is the one we should be using,
 regardless of the issue in this ticket. If we end up using "Custom Link,"
 we'll need to figure out another solution for this ticket.
