 [10168] is the only reference to the re-introduction of Visit Site I've
 come up with so far.

 "Visit Site" in a submenu has never been considered in mobile context.
 Flying out a menu when hovering over the home icon is an easy hinting
 trick on desktops. That flyout becomes an extra tap on mobile. Lingering
 desktop bias.
