 No, yesterday was also the 18th June, not July

 The changes in your screenshot above on the left are from WordPress 4.2,
 the changes on the right are from an older release of WordPress.

 Whatever the cause of why your WordPress 4.2 files have been replaced with
 older files is not an issue for discussion here on Trac, you should ask
 either your webhost for any updates applied to your site yesterday or seek
 further help in the support forums per the link above :)
