 This would probably be a nice place were using `wp.a11y.speak` could
 effectively improve the users experience. See screenshot below with a very
 preliminary test (using a personal plugin to print in the console the
 speak messages):

 Note: the screenshot is about Quick Edit but suggest.js is used also in
 other places so using the "Administration" component.
