 I agree. This ticket isn't practical as an action item, because it's
 overly broad; and there are always ongoing changes to the admin. If this
 happens at all, it should be handled as part of the CSS roadmap and style
 guide, rather than trying to retroactively fit it into the existing
 styles.

 It's definitely not a solved problem; I'd propose setting it as
 'maybelater' and paying attention to the CSS roadmap.
