 The current Customizer width is an extremely bad user experience. It needs
 to be made wider and it needs the ability to "undock" it (so that it
 slides over the preview). The whole responsive argument is ridiculous. I
 don't know any customers or other developers who actually use the
 Customizer on a mobile device. It's bad enough using it on a desktop
 machine, let alone something smaller.
