 Just adding my two cents here. We require the Title attribute on links to
 meet legal AODA (Ontario, Canada) and WCAG requirements - it's not just a
 usability issue. We have a large number of editors with no HTML experience
 who will now be required to edit HTML. This will make it much more
 difficult for us to meet this accessbility requirement on our very large
 website. Please add this field back to the Insert/edit Link pop-up.
