Comment:

 The patch includes a notable addition to `WP_Screen`. We should think
 about making the property private and adding getter/setter methods, along
 the lines of how help and screen settings work.

 Maybe we could also find a better method name than `add_a11y_info`.
 `set_|get_screen_reader_text()`? `set_|get_a11y_heading()`?
