 Cool ideas.  Thank you kitchin.  Just need to add one or two tests where a
 CDATA block contains a URL on its own line.  The idea is to make sure we
 are not now or in the future going to autoembed anywhere in the middle of
 an inline script.  Then combine the tests with 33106.7.mod-hook.patch so
 we have it all in one patch.
