 I'm seeing an issue where using weak password is not working. I've created
 a screencast of this happening.

 Basically, during installation supply a username, a weak password, confirm
 the use of a weak password, and click Install WordPress. When the screen
 refreshes, it shows a generated password and doesn't use the weak password
 I provided.
