 As [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/design/p1436458384001124
 discussed in slack], @picard102 will do another pass at the patch to fix a
 positioning bug, add a space between approved and pending strings in the
 narrow screen media query, and to remove the gray bubble in case of zero
 comments (unless there are comments pending), replacing it with a `—` to
 make this consistent with the other columns with no items (like tags, or
 categories):
