 @dmsnell few things:

 `add_action|filter()` calls need to go into `wp-admin/includes/admin-
 filters.php`

 It seems like the list of string we would want to replace will grow. Can
 you write the function to be more generic and optionally include a way to
 add more strings to a list of strings to be replaced?
