Comment:

 It realy is a bug, I know devs are a little
 behind with comprehending simple words, but images also?

 How come shortened contener element that doesn't wrap right its content is
 not a bug for You?

 It is also reproducible in WP 4.1 - and on my picture
 it makes footer's text "Thanks for creating with Wordpress" (in Polish) go
 up and destroy layout.
